Your First Visit
Most new patients will see Dr. Schumacher first, and he’ll begin the appointment by having a brief chat with you about your dental goals, and then he’ll perform a comprehensive exam. Afterward, he’ll explain his findings to you and go over your treatment options. You’ll then have a chance to ask questions. Once you and Dr. Schumacher have agreed on a treatment plan, you’ll be escorted to the front desk to schedule your next visit.
Online Patient Forms
Rather than waiting to complete our patient forms in our reception area, you can take care of them right now by filling them online. When you’re finished, just hit “Submit”, and they’ll be sent directly to our team. This will allow us to check you in as quickly as possible when you arrive for your appointment so we can bring you to the back with little to no wait!
Our dental office is in-network with several plans, and we are happy to help our patients maximize their benefits so they can save as much as possible at each visit.
